Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OnePost (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at info@onepost.my if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post spam, hate, harassment, illegal content, infringing content, or to circumvent the terms of any connected social network.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant OnePost a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (drafting posts via AI, publishing to networks you've connected).

5. Third-party networks

OnePost publishes through your own connected accounts on third-party networks (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads). We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or moderation decisions on those networks.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. AI drafts may contain errors — review before publishing. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
